Job Description
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to design and build automation solutions while leveraging Blue Prism or Pega Robot Studio
- Participate in client design sessions to provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability
- Research and determine the solution and technologies needed to integrate with clients’ enterprise applications
- Develops, designs, configures and tests moderate and complex robotic process automations using the RPA software solutions (attended and unattended) and simple enabling technologies.
- Performs daily administration functions within the automation software production environment, including scheduling, monitoring resources and capacity, and resolving RPA exceptions or issues.
- Create and maintain technical documents and specifications (SDD)
- Involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle from discovery, design, development, user acceptance training, and hypercare
- Transition code to the managed services support team
- Collaborate with internal solutions architects to understand the infrastructure
Ideal Candidate
- University degree in the field of information technology or business administration
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to document the new features
- Good knowledge of English language is a must, German language nice to have
- Should be hands-on on other supporting technology knowledge such as SQL, VBA, Python when facing challenges with core RPA.
- 1-3 years of RPA development experience leveraging Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere
- Experience facilitating the design, setup, and configuration of an RPA solution.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of Digital Transformation disruptive technologies and their application to functional areas (e.g. Finance, HR, etc.)
- Maintain the code base according to the coding guidelines
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and business requirements.
- Transfer knowledge about processes from external development teams
- Experience or willingness to work in a complex work environment.
- Happy to work self-dependent as well as in an intercultural team
- Able to work in hybrid way of working, 2 days / week on Office in Bucharest or Timisoara
