Key Responsibilities of the function
- Project Lead in the environment of “Reporting & Workforce Analytics”
- Implementation of complex reporting tools and common / uniform data structures for Hire2Retire
- Maintaining a close cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders
- Align Project targets and goals with all relevant stakeholders
- Drive the concept, methods, and implementation of BI and prediction models for Hire2Retire
- Define Input- and Output criteria to ensure measurement of all HR Business-Processes in Hire2Retire
Experience and Skills required
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferable)
- Managing complex, strategically aligned projects or managing subprojects as part of strategic programs
- Functionally leading project staff
- Planning and coordinating project resources in line with functional requirements and the project’s scope
- Project budgeting and planning as well as regular updates
- Motivated by Automation and Digitalization
- Target group-specific communications (project sponsor, project team members)
- Evaluating, communicating, and mitigating risks incurred Initiating improvements to optimize project processes, activities, and systems
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Independent working, solution-driven working style
- Language skills: German fluent in speaking and writing
- Team player; proactive and willing to learn
