Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and creating content in German and English for the Deutsche Telekom internal employee portal.
- Writing informative articles on HR, procurement, and finance topics—from travel bookings and compensation conditions to procurement processes.
- Coordinating content with the group’s product managers and providing guidance on the most effective presentation of content and services across various digital touchpoints.
- Implementing content optimization measures and ensuring overall content quality.
- Working closely with other content managers within an international editorial team.
- Independently planning and executing communication initiatives in line with defined objectives.
What we expect from you:
- A degree in the humanities, journalism, communication sciences, or a comparable academic qualification, along with several years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in German and very good command of English.
- The ability to distill complex topics to their essentials and explain them clearly and understandably to different target audiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as CoreMedia, search engine optimization (SEO), tracking tools, and AI applications.
- Experience in working with clients and the ability to advise them on planned communication measures.
- Prior experience working in international and intercultural teams.
