Key Responsibilities of the function
- Single point of contact for training requests
- Readout functional mailbox for Learning & Training Services
- Examination of training request from customers
- Scrutiny of training requests regarding completeness (are requests ready for processing/production)
- Retrieve missing information from customers
- Answer customers’ questions regarding the processing of trainings (mail and phone)
- Check supplier and vendor information in ERP/FIN systems
- Capturing of data from evaluation sheets
- Maintenance and administration of data on trainings in the learning management systems.
Experience and Skills required
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent analytical and structured thinking
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken & written)
- Excellent knowledge of German language (advanced spoken & written)
- Hands-on mentality
- Happy to work self-dependent as well as in a intercultural team
