Job Description

– Issuing and posting of the invoice and credit note based on invoice input (i.e. received email, Spido.), taking into account the applicable rules and regulations
– Processing of storno of invoices / credit notes and other cancellations (i.e. handling requests, obtaining approvals, cancellation itself etc.)
– Settlement of incoming payments via clearing accounts
– Retail network – Sales with credit and clearing
– Perform payment settlement to E-shop customers
– Performing all activities related to bank files processing compliant with legal requirements and customer specifications
– Clearing of accountsSolving of claims
– Monthly / quarterly / yearly closing activities
– Participate in project work
– Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/tasks
