Specific responsibilities for Process Expert HtR Business Steering and Development:
- HR Process analysis, identification and implementation of process optimization for continuous further development and improvement of operational HR processes (standardization / automation of processes of HR production);
- Driving the further development of the existing KPI-based system for the control and identification of process weaknesses;
- Active participation in the transformation of processes into an end-to-end organization and implementation of efficiency and quality improvements;
- Application of analytical and statistical methods, according to Six Sigma;
- Identifying opportunities for defect reduction;
- Participation in national and international projects;
- Active contribution to the further development of the target process model;
- Creation and maintenance of documentation, In ARIS (Process Knowledge Management Tool);
- Participation in the preparation and maintenance of work instructions and work aids, as well as training courses.
Experience and Skills required
- Fluent in German;
- University degree;
- High reporting skills;
- HR Experience is preferable;
- Experience in Shared Service area;
- Knowledge and experience in process management;
- Knowledge of HR processes and tools;
- Good knowledge of analytical and statistical methods to systematically improve processes, “Six Sigma”- Approach;
- Competent, authentic and confident manner;
- Conceptual intellectual power and solution-focused acting as well as ability to support decision making processes;
- Cooperative work style, social competence and communicative assets;
- Experience in preparation, description and presentation;
- Willingness to travel in projects.
