We are looking for somebody who can work independently (in combination with being a good team member), create working solutions quickly, creatively come up with new ideas, but also knows how to use and where to look for existing solutions.

Your main accountabilities:

deployment of data science applications into cloud and server environment
dockerization of applications and supporting a team of Data Scientists
monitoring and alerting of applications running both in development and production
develop and maintain Infrastructure as a code with Terraform and similar tools
active development of CI/CD pipelines
contribute in development of data processing pipelines and Machine Learning and applications
become an essential part of AI Services team focused on building and operating ML applications for customers across DT group
make important decisions to make our products maintainable and scalable
with your expertise, you contribute to shaping and establishing our software architecture and
operations model
mentor junior colleagues and Data Scientists on good coding practices
collaborate with engineers from other teams and make decisions about future of our infrastructure

Your desired profile:

Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or similar fields
3+ years experience in software and cloud development
experienced with CI pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud development (Azure / GCP / AWS)
expert on Python development, OOP, testing and good coding practices
experience with processing large amount of data with the respective tools (Spark, Kafka or
similar cloud data services)
advanced knowledge of databases SQL, NoSQL, etc.
experience in MLOps tools is a plus
experience in ETL and data processing tools like Apache Airflow or DAGster is a plus
experience in developing data-focused and machine learning applications is an advantage
experience with Terraform is a plus
communicative and good team fit into positive international environment
fluent in English conversation, speaking German / Czech / Slovak is a plus.
