Job Description
- Write new features and components based on business requirements
- Support UAT and production support when required
- Create User Stories and functional Design
- Contribute to the entire implementation process as part of an Agile Team
- Drive definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements
- Provide requirement and design related assistance to the development team
- Consult with business to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
- Be a bridge between business and developers
- Participate in meetings with various stakeholders
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to document the new features
Ideal Candidate
- University degree in the field of information technology
- Good knowledge of both German and English language (spoken & written)
- 1 – 3 years experience conducting requirement analysis
- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence would be a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience or willingness to work in a complex work environment.
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum Environment would be a plus
- Happy to work self-dependent as well as in an intercultural team
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Ability to conduct show-end-tell meetings with business partners
