Responsibilities:
- In this role you will be the key driver of various HR Projects (digitalization and innovative HR technologies, Transformation and Shared Service Center Set-Up, Talent, Performance and Compensation Projects implementation)
- Translate the initiatives into Project Plans, monitor and steer the projects and ensure all milestones and requirements are tracked
- Ensure Project Timelines, actively monitor risks and ensure communication and mitigations
- Establish partnership with business leaders and operational teams, technology teams, and wider stakeholders to earn trust and drive goals and project completion
- Maintain the relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and effectively utilize the best tools available
Requirements:
- You have 4+ years experience in HR, program/project management, activity transition to Service Centers, set-up of Service Centers
- You have a successful track record driving projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- You are highly organized, are able to work independently, to prioritize and work under pressure on a number of projects at the same time
- You are a self-starter with a strong drive, bias for action and result oriented
- You have a University Degree in Human resources, Business Administration or similar
- You are fluent in English, German and any other European Language is a plus
