Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for managing the life cycles of a high-level internal HR product portfolio
- Receive and log incoming change requests on existing products or new development proposals from business units
- Undertaking cross-team communications and cooperation with all stakeholders, also internationally
- Analyze each request for feasibility, business value, and strategic alignment
- Prepare and document comprehensive business cases, including impact analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and timelines
- Planning/monitoring budgets; approving budgets in the scope of the planned budget
- Planning and coordinating product launches, preparing and implementing targeted launch concepts, and developing a corresponding communications strategy
- Ensure timely communication and cooperation with various teams (e.g. IT department) and stakeholders (e.g. social partners, employees, managers, DTSE agents) on project progress and changes
- Identify opportunities for new products or services based on market trends, customer needs, and internal capabilities
- Managing strategically aligned projects
- Building a nucleus for handover of further responsibilities of products in NatCos
Experience and Skills required:
- University degree or a comparable education or qualification
- Work experience in HR, preferably in the international environment
- Very good German and English spoken and written
- Motivation for working in an international team and a dynamic environment
- Experience in product management, business analysis, or project management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with writing business cases and presenting to senior management or executive boards
- Willingness to understand complex processes and to describe them in a structured way
- Attention to details, ability to self-organize and get tasks completed
- Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
