The Digital Solutions Team provides administrative solutions, technical solutions, and system setups with quality and innovation. Job Description

• Experienced individual capable of independently handling multiple simultaneous projects that have short to medium-term focus
• Partner with business process owners to identify automation opportunities by analyzing and documenting processes, assessing feasibility for automation. Analyze and decompose business rules
• Understand end-user requirements, make recommendations for solutions as needed, work with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements
• Creates and updates user documentation and standard operating procedures for newly created RPAs;
• Active participation in all phases of the project and reports the progress on feasibility, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance;
• Drive definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements
• Consult with business to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
• Participate in meetings with various stakeholders
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to document the new features

Ideal Candidate

• University degree in the field of information technology
• Good knowledge of both German and English language (spoken & written)
• 1 – 3 years’ experience conducting requirement analysis
• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and understand HR business processes.
• Understand of RPA concepts and methodologies, as well as strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications. 
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development team members.
• Conduct testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Experience or willingness to work in a complex work environment.
• Happy to work self-dependent as well as in an intercultural team
• Ability to conduct show-and-tell meetings with business partners
• Creativity, dedication and “can do” attitude
