Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment, including salaries,
benefits, bonuses, and commissions. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, such as earnings statements, deductions, and tax
documentation. - Support payroll audits by providing documentation and clarification as needed.
- Maintain payroll records, including updating employee information, tax withholdings, and
direct deposit accounts. - Support HR or Finance teams with ad-hoc payroll-related projects or tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information, the ability to define processes
- English knowledge – advanced (written, spoken)
- Skills proven / practiced in elaborating brief, complete, accurate, coherent, grammatically
correct written phrases; - Solid analytical skills and problem solving
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
