Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment, including salaries,
    benefits, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, such as earnings statements, deductions, and tax
    documentation.
  • Support payroll audits by providing documentation and clarification as needed.
  • Maintain payroll records, including updating employee information, tax withholdings, and
    direct deposit accounts.
  • Support HR or Finance teams with ad-hoc payroll-related projects or tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information, the ability to define processes
  • English knowledge – advanced (written, spoken)
  • Skills proven / practiced in elaborating brief, complete, accurate, coherent, grammatically
    correct written phrases;
  • Solid analytical skills and problem solving
  • Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
  • Listening skills
  • Reliability
  • Willingness to travel, depending on the needs of implementation / transfer process assigned
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
  • Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices
