Ideal candidate
- University Degree or equivalent
- Experience in office environment with back-office related activities is not essential but will consider as a plus
- Customer centric mindset

- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with information that need confidential treatment
- Advanced Greek language skills (oral and written)
- Sufficient command of English language (oral and written)
Accountabilities
- Answers employees’, managers’ and candidates’ inquiries using the Knowledge tools and system available at the Front Office
- Forwards inquiries to Tier 2 specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required
- Completes simple Human Resources and Payroll related transactions
- Documents and follows up all inquiries
- Recognizes unusual events or consistent problem areas and work with team’s seniors to resolve
- Works as a team member focusing on customer service
- Suggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes and technologies
- Assists with the implementation of programs, policies, and services provided by the HR Shared Services Center by acting as an employees’ first line of contact
- Supports in the development of Frequently Asked Questions based on the identification of updates or new requirements
