In Romania, Deutsche Telekom has set up a Shared Service Center in Bucharest & Timisoara – Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Romania (DTSE Romania), which delivers support function services such as HR, Accounting, Reporting and Finance, as well as IT support services for these lines of business, for the whole European Deutsche Telekom footprint since July 2013.

Purpose of the function
- Responsible for the design and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the global DTSE Organization
- Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities regarding efficiency and quality
- Analysis and discussion of development of performance KPIs and financial impacts with management
- Creating Transparency on Financial Impact of Change in Key Performance Indicators
- Heading or supporting national and international projects of medium/high complexity
- Design and establish new central reporting source (Microstrategy or BI) for Financial steering purposes
- Support of roll-out projects to integrate further KPIs into the Shared Service Center
- Support ongoing optimization of DTSE processes
Experience and Skills required
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience presenting new data to an audience and explaining new concepts
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth, complex investigations and summarize results on management level
- Profound Controlling Know-How
- Experience and Know-how in processes and steering in a Shared Service Center
- Practical experience in the design, standardization and implementation of KPIs and financial evaluation of process optimization
- Experience as a project leader or project manager, experience in international projects is beneficial
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Flexibility to travel internationally
- Corporate attitude and strong service behavior
- Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel); skills in Microstrategy are favorable
