ICS Expert Responsibilities

• Relationship management and close cooperation with Shared Service Center process and control owners related to ICS process and controls.

• Follow up and advise on deadlines according to DTSE ICS Masterplan.

• Advice on Scope card risk coverage and design of controls from ICS and audit point of view.

• Perform ICS related tasks with the ICS tool by designated deadlines.

• Support of transformation activities within Shared Service Center and its customers related to processes and internal controls.

• Coordination of ICS audits within Shared Service Center, i.e. with local and international auditors and the internal audit department.

• Provide advice on potential standardization and automation of controls to increase efficiency and effectiveness in ICS.

• Participate to DTSE ICS and group ICS meetings and trainings.

• Follow up on new requirements of the methodology and new development in ICS and cascade the information to process and control owners.

• Report to ICS Manager on timely basis any potential problem related to ICS process and ICs audits.

• Other tasks related to ICS process as per the specific needs.

Data Privacy Specialist Responsibilities

• Application and monitoring of GDPR requirements together with DPO

• Development of Awareness activities in accordance with the Data Protection Yearly Awareness Plan

• Answering of queries concerning data protection coming from DTSE RO management and/or employees

• Management of Record of Data Processing Activities

• Reporting and documentation of data protection incidents to Group Functions and local DPO

• Support DPO and DTSE RO functions in projects impacting data protection, such as IT application implementations

Experience and Skills required

  • Strong accounting or audit background
  • Basic understanding of GDPR
  • Experience in process management
  • German language is a plus
  • English (advanced) –
  • Intercultural experience
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong team player, structured, reliable, pro-active, diplomatic, positive, consistent, persistent, effective, and efficient
  • Master University degree (economics, legal)
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Online Communication and Web based tools)
  • Might need to travel internationally
