Job description
- Serves as subject matter expert for Employee Data Administration process area and its related activities
- Ensures that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is accurately entered into HRIS (HR data management)
- Produces reports (standard and ad-hoc) using available databases and systems
- Produces documentation related to HR changes and transactions using established templates and procedures
- Ensures record keeping and documentation requirements are kept. File candidate-related documentation as appropriate
- Recognizes unusual events or consistent problem areas and works with Team Leader to resolve
- Maintains process information documentation and procedures in the knowledge management system
- Conducts knowledge transfer for the process area within the HR Shared Services with existing programs and when new initiatives are introduced
- Assists with the implementation of programs, policies, and services provided by the HR Shared Service or process improvement projects by keeping knowledge up to date with new procedures or processes changes that are implemented
- Supports other HR SSC teams and “fill in” for administrative responsibilities during temporary absences or during periods of heavy workload
- Tracks and processes issues and service quality complaints and escalates the issues as necessary following the escalation procedure
- Supports Resourcing tasks and transaction processes related to Employee Data Administration
Ideal candidate
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Spanish language knowledge (oral and written
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
- Listening skills, reliability
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
- Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices
- English knowledge – advanced (written, spoken)
