Responsabilities:
- Provides support for Deutsche Telekom Services Europe in the field of Customer Services and relevant HR topics and processes.
- Timely process HR tickets of all individual business transactions in the area of responsibility, by using our workflow management tool (PEGA), following German law and labor agreements of Deutsche Telekom Group
- Communicate with customers by e-mail or phone to answer their individual questions, including final clarification of all customer concerns, in cooperation with other departments if necessary
- Maintain process documentation and special procedures in our knowledge management system.
- Develop ideas to update, simplify and enhance our processes, procedures and documents.
- Supports in the development of frequently asked questions based on customer feedback or new requirements.
- Management of the timely implementation of individual personnel measures
- HR data maintenance and ensuring data quality
- Responsible resolution of customer- and department-related escalation cases
- Comprehensive advising of customers on complex, multi-layered HR processes and regulations
- Collaboration in cross-departmental personnel projects and active participation in the continuous optimization, harmonization, and standardization of HR operations processes
