Responsibilities:
- Receive and process reorganisation requests from business segments using the designated master template
- Liaise with business leaders to clarify structural change requirements and timelines.
- Review existing employment contracts and compare them with proposed changes in roles, compensation, or conditions.
- Categorise affected employees into appropriate case groups based on predefined criteria.
- Interpret and apply the results of negotiations with the Workers Council to the affected employee groups.
- Ensure all reorganisation actions comply with agreed terms and local labor regulations.
- Prepare and distribute accurate contractual documentation reflecting the changes to affected employees.
- Provide the IT Hub with accurate and timely data related to employee movements and changes.
Experience and skills required:
- University degree or a comparable education or qualification
- Very good German & English knowledge, spoken and written Work experience in HR, preferably in the international environment (HR-Organization & HR Processes)
- Stakeholder Management: Communication on Business/Management Level
- Open mindset for Innovation (Robotics, AI)
- Knowledge in handling II-systems (SAP/HR, MS-Office)
- Flexibility in working independently and within a team
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality service in a professional manner
- Willingness to understand complex processes and to describe them in a structured way
- Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
