Key Responsibilities of the function:
Team Coordination
- Responsibility for own clients formed by National Companies and Local Business Units
- Responsible for around 10-15 employees
- Coordinates and distributes the work of the team and defines team priorities
- Ensures resource planning (back up, holidays)
- Supports team in identification of unusual events or consistent problem areas and in issue resolution
- Performs detailed analysis and document preparation for the resolution of process related issues affecting the HR Shared Service Centres.
- Collects and helps identify complaints and issues in the day-to-day operations and with customers and assists team members in issue resolution
- Promotes team work focusing on customer service
Functional Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serves as subject matter expert for a process area and its related activities
- Processes changes and transactions that affect employee status or candidate selection following established desktop procedures and knowledge base.
Experience and Skills required:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Data Administration process
- Previous experience of leading a team
- Experience as service agent in an HR SSC is a plus
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
- Reliability
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
- Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices
- Good level of both written and spoken Greek and English languages
- Knowledge of any other European languages is considered a plus
