Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sub-stream “Testing & Migration” within the global Employee Central implementation program
- Define and implement the overall test and migration strategy
- Design and structure test cases / scenarios
- Configure and oversee migration and test automation tools
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the business perspective
- Provide guidance on best-practice test management
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in large-scale Employee Central implementations (5,000+ users)
- Solid experience designing and executing test and migration strategies
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Expertise in test management methodologies and tools
- English is mandatory, German would be a plus
- Vendor and stakeholder management capabilities
