Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional implementation team at HR HQ and country level for the

Compensation module (e.g. Salary review)

  • Gather and analyze global and local compensation requirements (salary structures, bonus schemes, policies)
  • Design compensation templates, business rules, budgets, and approval workflows within Employee Central
  • Support and validate data migration activities, ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Define and execute test scenarios, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ensure seamless integration with payroll and performance management systems
  • Deliver user training and support change management activities
  • Provide post go-live support (hypercare phase)
  • Secure successful rollout across 20+ countries
  • Provide best-practice guidance to HR business stakeholders on compensation

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations (5,000+ users)
  • Experience designing global templates for data structures and compensation processes

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • English is mandatory, German would be a plus
  • Solid hands-on expertise in EC Compensation
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM
  • Vendor and stakeholder management skills
