Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of automation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and communication materials for stakeholders and conduct regular project reviews.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement high-quality technology solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Understand HR IT architecture and its impact on automation solutions.
- Define the roadmap for automation products.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes through automation.
- Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices for HR.
- Ensure technical documentation is created and support knowledge transfer for operational handover.
Requirements:
- Experience in automation with a proven track record.
- Experience working with Power Platforms (Power Automate, PowerQuery, etc), Python and/or other automation technology.
- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile methodology.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain the business value of automation products.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in change management and IT technology adoption.
- High proactivity, customer focus, and independence.
- Proficient in English (C1-C2).
- Knowledge of HR legal requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EEOC) is an advantage.
