Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of automation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and communication materials for stakeholders and conduct regular project reviews. 
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement high-quality technology solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience. 
  • Understand HR IT architecture and its impact on automation solutions. 
  • Define the roadmap for automation products. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs. 
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes through automation. 
  • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices for HR. 
  • Ensure technical documentation is created and support knowledge transfer for operational handover. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in automation with a proven track record.
  • Experience working with Power Platforms (Power Automate, PowerQuery, etc), Python and/or other automation technology.
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile methodology. 
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain the business value of automation products.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and IT technology adoption.
  • High proactivity, customer focus, and independence.
  • Proficient in English (C1-C2).
  • Knowledge of HR legal requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EEOC) is an advantage.
