Experience:
• You are experienced with design of processes at global level using various HR Technologies (Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign, etc.)- minimum 3 year experience
• You feel comfortable in the driver-seat when it comes to design and roll-out various HR technologies at global level
• You are able to translate processes into business requirements, organize UAT Testing with stakeholders, prepare testing cases and sign-off
• It would be nice if you have experience in a Shared Service Center Organization and fast-paced digital transformation working environments
• You have strong ability to prioritize, be flexible through changes, have a strong drive in implementing new processes and structures of complex content
• We communicate in English so it is mandatory, German is preferred, any other European language we consider a plus
• Process Mapping in Visio and/or similar tools is and experience that will help you
• University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Consulting, Information Systems or similar
Responsibilities
• Harmonize and optimize HR business processes to enable the business to be more efficient and to concentrate on the strategical activities
• Design and implement Global HR Processes and localize them where needed, standardizing and implementing new technologies within HR focusing on Customer Experience
• Migrate new processes at global level and to the operational teams in the Shared Service Center
• Take ownership of the processes, prepare and align the design with all stakeholders, define the business requirements and ensure all technologies are implemented as designed
• Drive Process Workshops with various stakeholders, understand complex technology set-up, propose and implement best practices and solutions
• Prepare and drive User Acceptance Testing, Enablement Sessions with various stakeholders
• Work with various technologies within HR and know how to best design them in order to achieve the best Customer Experience
