Which challenges are expecting you:

  • Collaborate closely with developers, team members, and customers to drive the
    successful delivery of innovative AI product features.
  • Act as Scrum Master by leading Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-
    ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Support the Product Manager in both strategic planning and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Analyze business data sets and create simple scripts for data evaluation and process
    automation.
  • Champion user needs throughout the development process, offering guidance on UI/UX
    design to enhance the user experience.
  • Serve as a vital link between business and technology, ensuring clear communication and
    alignment across all stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program – ideally in Business
    Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field at the intersection of IT and
    business.
  • You have advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • You are passionate about IT, with a strong interest in Machine Learning and Artificial
    Intelligence.
  • You have initial experience in project management and relevant tools (preferably Jira),
    and a genuine interest in product development.
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum – or are eager to quickly get up
    to speed.
  • You possess at least basic Python skills and hands-on experience with data analysis.
  • You’re an excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing – and enjoy working in
    a multicultural, collaborative environment.
  • You’re highly motivated and eager to translate academic knowledge into practical, real-
    world solutions.
  • You work independently, take initiative, and enjoy tackling new challenges head-on.
  • Nice to have: Experience in graphic design, ideally with Adobe InDesign.
