Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various systems to create regular and ad-hoc
reports for management and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and performance metrics to support
business needs. - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data used for reporting
purposes. - Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, providing recommendations and insights
based on analysis. - Customize reports based on the specific needs of different departments, ensuring relevant
and actionable insights. - Maintain and update databases used for reporting to ensure all data is accurate, up-to-
date, and secure. - Develop and implement processes to ensure data integrity and reduce manual errors in
reporting. - Support the automation of data extraction and report generation processes to improve
efficiency and reduce response time for inquiries.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information, the ability to define processes
- English knowledge – advanced (written, spoken)
- Skills proven / practiced in elaborating brief, complete, accurate, coherent, grammatically
correct written phrases; - Solid analytical skills and problem solving
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
