Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the transformation of HR processes towards end-to-end digitalization within Employee Central
- Lead the functional implementation team at HR HQ
- Identify automation opportunities by analyzing manual and repetitive HR processes
- Design business rules, approval workflows, and automated notifications in Employee Central
- Conceptualize and coordinate integrations between Employee Central and payroll, time, benefits and finance systems
- Define and execute testing scenarios to validate automation across multiple use cases
- Set up monitoring mechanisms (dashboards, reporting) to track automation performance
- Support issue resolution and provide guidance to HR administrators
Required Experience:
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations (5,000+ users)
- Experience designing global templates for data and process standardization
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Knowledge of OpenText is an advantage
- English is mandatory, German would be a plus
