Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional implementation team at HR HQ and country level for the
Compensation module (e.g. Salary review)
- Gather and analyze global and local compensation requirements (salary structures, bonus schemes, policies)
- Design compensation templates, business rules, budgets, and approval workflows within Employee Central
- Support and validate data migration activities, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Define and execute test scenarios, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure seamless integration with payroll and performance management systems
- Deliver user training and support change management activities
- Provide post go-live support (hypercare phase)
- Secure successful rollout across 20+ countries
- Provide best-practice guidance to HR business stakeholders on compensation
Required Experience:
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations (5,000+ users)
- Experience designing global templates for data structures and compensation processes
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- English is mandatory, German would be a plus
- Solid hands-on expertise in EC Compensation
- Knowledge of SAP HCM
- Vendor and stakeholder management skills
