Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the international project of Employee Central implementation in Deutsche Telekom from business (HR) perspective
- Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ
- Ensure successful roll-out across 20+ countries
- Steer and coordinate the IT implementation partner (T-Systems) and the software vendor (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Manage escalations
- Consult (internal) customer on best practice process implementations
- Define and govern global data and process templates
- Conduct regular status update calls
- Manage stakeholder
Required Experience:
- Proven experience leading large-scale Employee Central implementations
(5,000+ users)
- Experience designing and implementing global data and process templates
- Demonstrated experience steering external vendors and system integrators
Skills:
- Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- English is mandatory, German would be a plus
- Strong project/program management skills (Agile, SAFe or hybrid methodologies)
- Vendor Management experience
