We are looking for an experienced HR IT Project Manager to join our global HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR IT projects related to the global standardization of our recruiting process using Eightfold as system, implementation, and optimization of HR processes and systems across multiple countries. This project spans Global Delivery Centers, Local Business Units, and German subsidiaries, making it a truly international transformation with real business impact.
You’ll work in a high-performing, collaborative HR IT team that combines deep HR expertise with modern technology and agile ways of working. This is not a “supporting” role in the background — it’s hands-on, visible, and influential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver HR IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budget are met.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements.
- Coordinate project activities across countries and functions, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Support the implementation and rollout of HR IT solutions (Eightfold) and process improvements.
- Analyze global business requirements and match them against Eightfold standard processes to identify gaps to TSI demands.
- Global Recruiting process to incorporate any global process requirements.
- Implement global processes with all countries especially GDCs such as IND, SK, IB, HU, MX, BR.
- Ensure technical implementation sequencing for GDCs based on the design workshops conducted with the countries, Eightfold technical gap analysis and local TDU roadmap
- Ensure Global Recruiting Process implementation is finalized in 2026
- Ensure Global Skill/Talent Management process are in place in 2026
- Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors and internal partners, supporting system integrations.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and propose mitigation actions.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Support change management activities, including communication, testing, and user adoption.
- Ensure projects comply with data privacy and security regulations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within HR IT systems and processes.
- Stay informed about HR technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in (HR) IT project management, IT project management, or a related role.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in (HR) IT environments or with HR systems is highly desirable.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional, international context.
- Experience supporting change management and system implementations.
- Basic knowledge of HR legal requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional or technical requirements.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative working style with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English (C1).
- Experience or familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP
SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, SmartRecruiters, or similar is an advantage. - Understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, etc.) is a plus.
