Key Responsibilities: 

  • As a Pega Developer, you will focus on the hands-on development and enhancement of Pega applications, while supporting the adoption of Agentic AI concepts within intelligent automation solutions. 
  • Develop and configure Pega applications, including case types, workflows, UI components, data models, and integrations, following Pega guardrails and best practices. 
  • Implement business logic and decisioning using Pega rules, ensuring high-quality, reusable, and maintainable solutions. 
  • Contribute to Agentic AI–enabled workflows, supporting the integration of AI-driven decisioning, recommendations, or autonomous task execution within Pega-based solutions. 
  • Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design and implement scalable Pega solutions aligned with enterprise standards. 
  • Integrate Pega with external systems using REST APIs, services, and data sources to support end-to-end business processes. 
  • Participate in Agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities. 
  • Support application testing and quality assurance, including unit testing, defect fixing, and performance tuning. 
  • Document technical solutions and configurations, supporting knowledge sharing and future maintenance. 
  • Continuously learn and adopt new Pega features and AI capabilities, including Agentic AI patterns and intelligent automation approaches. 

Experience and Skills Required: 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer 
  • Strong knowledge of the Pega Platform (Case Management, App Studio, Dev Studio) 
  • Experience with Pega integrations (REST APIs, connectors, data pages) 
  • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven decisioning (practical or conceptual) 
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset 
  • Pega certification (or in progress) is a plus 
  • Fluent in English; German languages are an advantage
